I think this is important: War crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and torture are subject to universal jurisdiction. Every member of the IDF can be arrested, tried and jailed by any country he enters. This includes forcing a plane carrying an alleged perpetrator of these crimes to land and extract that person.
