The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomes the sincere fraternal positions expressed by the Saudi Crown Prince, Prime Minister, His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, before the Shura Council regarding the Palestinian issue, and considers them a new confirmation of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's support for the just national rights of our people in all forums, foremost among which is supporting, backing and adopting our people's right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital as a key to achieving peace, security and stability in the region, condemning the ongoing crimes of the occupation authorities against our people, and urging the countries of the world to recognize the Palestinian state, which means the prominence of the Palestinian issue and the great interest in it in Saudi policy. The State of Palestine highly appreciates the fraternal Saudi position and the historical relations between the two brotherly countries and their leadership.
