**Offences against the administration of justice**

1. The Court shall have jurisdiction over the following offences against its administration of justice when committed intentionally:

4. In the event of conviction, the Court may impose a term of imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, or both.

   • (a) Each State Party shall extend its criminal laws penalizing offences against the integrity of its own investigative or judicial process to offences against the administration of justice referred to in this article, committed on its territory, or by one of its nationals;

كان في يوم من الأيام، صوفي مجهول اسمه يسكن في قرية صغيرة بين الجبال. كانت حياته مكرسة للعبادة والتصوف، وقد ركز على تزكية نفسه ووصوله إلى معرفة الله. يقال إن هذا الصوفي كان يمتلك القدرة على الطيران عندما كان يصل إلى أعماق التأمل والذكر.

في ليلة مليئة بالبهجة، جمع أتباعه حوله لسماع الحكم والحكايات. وفي تلك الليلة، كان الصوفي يتحدث عن الحب الالهي وكيف يمكن للروح أن تطير إلى مكان لا يحده الوقت أو المكان. وفي لحظة من الحماس الروحي، رفع أحد المتعلمين يده وسأل: "يا شيخ، هل يمكننا رؤية هذا بأعيننا؟"

ابتسم الصوفي وأومأ برأسه. ثم أغمض عينيه وبدأ بالذكر، وكان صوته يملأ الهواء بالسكينة. بعد لحظات، بدأت أرض تحت قدميه تثير الغبار، وبدأ جسده يرتفع قليلاً فوق الأرض كما لو كان يرتفع في الهواء بسبب قوة غير مرئية. وفي ذلك الحظ، شعر الجميع بالهدوء والسلام، كأنهم يتحركون معه في رحلة روحية.

لم يكن هذا طيراناً حرفيّاً كما يفعل الطيور، بل كان تجسيداً للحالة الروحية العالية التي بلغها الصوفي، حيث ترتفع النفس فوق الجسد والدنيا، متجهة نحو الله.

وعندما هبط الصوفي مرة أخرى إلى الأرض، قال لهم: "الطيران هنا ليس بالأجساد بل بالأرواح. إذا أردتم الطيران، فحبوا الله بكل قلوبكم، وأطيعوه، وسيأخذكم إلى مكان لا تحتاجون فيه إلى أجنحة."

وهكذا، أصبحت قصة الصوفي الطائر رمزاً للهدف الروحي والانتقال من الدنيا الفانية إلى المعرفة الإلهية.
